Blandine Peillon and Thanh Tu founded Jolie Siam in Ho Chi Minh City, instantly being recognized as a pioneering startup

2007

Jolie Siam established event receptionists as its primary service

2009

After facing the unpredictable demand for event receptionists during the global financial crisis, Ms. Le and Ms. Peillon decided to shift the main service of Jolie Siam to office receptionists. Jolie Siam offered the first full-service receptionist to Nokia Corporation

2010

FEB - 2010:Commencement of services for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)- Hanoi marked Jolie Siam’s premier expansion of services beyond Ho Chi Minh City
SEP - 2010: Launch of the ERP system, to enhance Jolie Siam’s management capabilities

2013

APR - 2013: Reformulation of vision and mission of Jolie Siam’s brand; introduction of the new logo
SEP - 2013: Jolie Siam offered its first services in central Vietnam with receptionists commencing work in Da Nang and Can Tho

2014

Jolie Siam has been steadily growing and expanding its client repertoire

2019

The E-learning system was introduced to Jolie Siam, allowing all receptionists to be trained swiftly and extensively before commencing their work

Today

After being confronted with the global pandemic, Jolie Siam formed a strategic contingency plan to counter the devastating effects on the otherwise thriving Vietnamese service sector, which proved to be highly successful. Sticking to the company philosophy the Jolie Siam-team came to the mutual decision to not cut any benefits to receptionists.
