GENERAL INFORMATION

Working time: 08:00 – 17:30

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Transfer received mails to correct person or department
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to related person/department
  • Welcome guests and announce to related department
  • Arrange meeting rooms
  • Arrange accommodation/air tickets/visa application for staff/stakeholders/suppliers as requested
  • Arrange couriers of the office (incl. mails, POSM, products as requested by staffs
  • Control the office taxi cards by registering in the handbook
  • Responsible for the office warehouse to make sure all stuffs in & out accuratel
  • Supporting to sales dept.: follow up the FOC PRN/delivery note
  • Follow up the application for leaves of all staffs
  • Receive the insurance claim from staffs and sending to insurance offic
  • Help BD in making the expenses report monthly

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and listening)
  • At least 6 months of experience
  • Pleasant and honest personality
  • Good looking
  • Solving problem and organization skill
  • Hard-working, eager to learn and good personality.
