Blandine Peillon and Thanh Tu met in Lyon and discovered they had two passions in common: Vietnam and business. Blandine created Charlestown’s agency in Lyon and an association called Xuân. Thanh Tu was ending her studies in Lyon, and wished to become an entrepreneur in her country. What about creating an hostess agency in Vietnam?

Jolie Siam is created in 2006, specialized in the provision of receptionists for office, hostesses for events, celebrations and to strengthen the commercial team for a sales promotion or a marketing action.
