Training activities are regularly organized and professionalized as we have good infrastructure to provide full courses and consultants as well as teaching staff working full time at the school (Vita Share School is co-founded by Jolie Siam, view www.vita-share.com).
The training program not only aims at creating the added value for staff so that they will be linked to their job, to Jolie Siam and self confident but also aims at improving service sense for staff.
Jolie Siam provides prior and in process training to staff the following skills:

-Product consulting technique: skill to actively and wisely welcome customers, querying skill to understand profoundly customers’ demand before consulting, listening skill
-Event execution: skill and attitude in greeting, scanning/collecting cards, distributing literature, introducing your staff.
-Outstanding receptionist : Telephone Skills, Customer Services, Office Management with multiple tasks of administration, paper work and dealing with difficult customers, Time Management, Stress Management.
