When you’re reading those followings, Jolie Siam has came to its 5^th year

30/8/2006- 30/8/2011…

5 years, a fairly long journey which contains many emotions : Happiness, sadness. 5 years, carrying a vison, a mission, until now Jolie Siam still keeps going on our way to make the dream come true : wishing to elevate the reception jobs to be a career which is accepted and treated fairly in society.

5 years passed by, when I look back, then find out that I myself was becoming more mature and tough than the beginning. I also smile by myself because I know that there always are my colleagues who have the same target, idealism and ready to share happiness, difficulties with me throughout these times.

5 years of the person who is said to give a birth for a new career : a reception jobs, I can feel clearly not only the change but also my growth everyday. That’s the competition of the market which helps me try my best to make an effort and improve myself day by day.

Is the main theme of the birthday party…

I remember the first time of this journey, when I’d just started to find my life’s purpose and the stories about the dream helped me search for my life’s prop. Till today, my friends continuously  share with me about this. One day, my teacher suddenly asked me: “You’re enjoying your life, so how much do you spend thinking of Jolie Siam per day?” – My answer was : “I think of Jolie Siam every second, it remains permanently in my thoughts and my breathe”.

That’s the short story shared by Miss Lê Thanh Tú at the first time of making the main theme : “Me-Jolie Siam” as we know today.

Another story talked about the aspiration of the Olympic which will be held at Vietnam and Jolie Siam’s receptionists will be the representer to share, introduce the chamrming and friendly smile to international guests. Besides, further than the aspiration of the Olympic is the hope for the certain career, the union and the festivals for the reception jobs which will be organized all over the nation and the world. This can be an organization that preserves the interest and creates a connection among the member receptionists overseas. It’s not only a dream, furthermore, it is Jolie Siam’s destination.

That story is told by Ms. Nguyễn Nhật Trường An, event reception team's captain, who worked for Jolie Siam from the beginning. It somehow puts my enthusiasm on fire and makes it stronger. Moreover, the story wakes me up mostly comes from a companion who was born in Hanoi : Mr. Dương Mạnh Hùng, director of the Northern agency. He talked firstly about the glamorous image in the North at my birthday party – Jolie Siam. Jolie Siam was born, it’s also the day that more than thousands smiles were multiplied, then they spread out and became more colorful, beautiful than ever. They not only brought the happiness to everyone but also erased the sadness for the givers and the receivers. It’s the fate that connects himself and Jolie Siam…I find myself in the smile, the happiness, the sharing of Mr. Hùng and any people like him – the people who are carrying the vision and mission.

There are many other stories were told and shared in my birthday party : 30/8/2011 but I haven’t told yet. You’re reading, and Jolie Siam was older. Things change everyday, there are some people just pass by accidentally and there are some meet to remember.

Brothers, friends, who always stay with me and trust in me, also my idealism.

Girls, boys, who always keep your pride and enthusiasm for you job. You show me that keeping the belief pushes difficulties away. You also show me clearly about the quality of myself that I can gain in the youths’ mind about the certain career.

I want to say thank you to my “opponent”, too. You push me to try all my best to take effort and prove myself everyday and make a transparency competition which is the basement for the development in business.

I’m growing up. And I hope the next other years, I still see your smiling faces in the journey, so we can keep it on and share and develop together.
