The value of 20 first seconds

The first impression is saved longest. So, making impression is very important, it makes the others will remember you or not. The more wonderful first impression you get, the more valuable opportunity you gain. Similarly, if you make bad first impression, you will find it difficult in getting your chance and remake it again. To be a receptionist, the first impression also means you only have 20 seconds to meet the guests, so it must be a meaningful time to make a first impression. The skill to make impression effectively is the most important part throughout the course. The ways to make a right smile and last it long are focused regularly and carefully. All the participants had to do the exercises at the end of the course to use the skills they’d learnt. They altogether practiced the professional works, shared how to handle the situation as fast as possible and discuss to do teamwork efficiently.
