DISC - Understanding people
Vita Share, Lan Anh Dental Hospital and Jolie Siam company have just co-organized a DISC session for all members of the November International Administration Receptionists and the special partner guests. With the careful direction given from Dr. Trịnh Quốc Trị, everything went smoothly and received high estimation.

The typical games of DISC session, short movies, images and the participation of Dr. Trịnh Quốc Trị in every practiced situation made the atmosphere become more funny and interesting. Direct and indirect communication is a regularly job so the receptionists have to know clearly about the guests’ psychology to be successful.

DISC is truly necessary for the receptionist to help them recognise :
- The outstanding, their strength or weakness.
- Understanding the communicator to communicate effectively.
- Understanding yourselves to develop the advantages and minimize the disadvantages.
Besides, the special guests who are leaders or managers were given skills how to recruit a good human resource.
With the help from Vita Share that made this session end successfully. Ms. Thu Tuyền, receptionist of Mộc Kiến Gia Lai Commercial – architectural – Constructive Co.
