The second graduation ceremony of Jolie Siam’s team leaders
The second graduation ceremony of Jolie Siam’s team leaders was celebrated successfully. There are many meaningful facts that team leaders shared by heartfelt love. That made participants really touched. After two months of training expertise with Vita Share School and gaining practical experience in many different events, four team leaders of Jolie Siam have grown up.
Indeed, the teaching staff was surprise by their matureness. Moreover, their hearts open to share love with everyone and they are happy with the way "give to - get back".
4 team leaders of Jolie Siam are ambitious and young people. They are not similar in character, but they have same lifestyle which is enthusiasm of creative and delicate good things for people.
Ba Phuoc – high C (Conscientiousness) - carefully and consider after making decisions.
Phuong Thao- high I (Influence) - warm man, rich love and always share a smile.

Nhu Thuy - high C (Conscientiousness) - calm, quiet and thoughtful. She has a cute smile now.

Hoang Tuan - high D (Dominance) - assertive, definite but he always sympathizes with people.

After two months of training expertise with Vita Share School and gaining practical experience in many different events, four team leaders of Jolie Siam have grown up. 4 team leaders create their own team with different styles of leadership and their teams are complementing each other. 4 young people attended the ceremony with joy and they have been waiting for challenges.

The first exam was solving situations in leadership. Each leader got a complex event script. Within 15 minutes, they must go quickly through seven steps of implementation which is defining objectives, organization, communication, execution, leadership and control. Important period is coming soon. They needed to present their plans and protect their ideas against examiners’ questions.
Ba Phuoc started the competition. Phuoc used a lot of time than regulations but his answers were quick and smart. Communication of Ba Phuoc’s team was good.

Hoang Tuan was the second presenter. Not similar with careful and consuming style in the Ba Phuoc’s communication way, Tuan was agility, confidence and ended the brief event quickly. Tuan's style changed more positive than the initial study...
Nhu Thuy continued the test with her presentation of her plan. She was thoughtful and humble. Stages of communication and leadership were proved effectively when she paid attention to interact. Thuy took many questions with the team to check information.

Phuong Thao was the last person. Obviously, she got more pressure than others. However, Thao communicate better with her team by tender smiles and eye contact. Her team is more quite exciting than other teams.
The second exam was waiting. It impressed with all participant. The question of teaching staff was not easy for 4 team leaders. What are the changes in you after training period?
Starting with Hoang Tuan, he decided to take 30 minutes every day for learning electronics. That is his goal of work in the future. Phuoc’s promise which is "help the third seed " makes Ms Tu and the council smiled happily ...
Phuong Thao desired “showing her love with people is not wasting time”, learn “self discipline” and “organized work”. Looking though determinant eyes, Jolie Siam believes that she can reach her goal for not a long time.
Thuy shared: “Jolie Siam is as her family”… In here, Smile and Love lesson follow her life. Therefore, assembly and the participants moved by sharing those heartfelt words.
Ba Phuoc wanted to bring his great love for your receptionist – his little sister. The biggest changes of Phuoc is confident and good communications. The main roof Jolie Siam , Phuoc more people you really sticking ... In addition, Jolie Siam home brought more trusted friends to Phuoc.


Wishing for the dreams of four young people were flying higher and farther. Jolie Siam believes that a team of young, enthusiastic and fully potential, you will be the wonder and bring to yourselves the best values in lives.
