Being known as a unit supplying 3 types of receptionist: office, promotion, event, but Jolie Siam is also a professional recruiting and training company. Recruitment and training programs are organized quarterly and methodically according to customer’s request.

Recruitment day of Jolie Siam

Jolie Siam organized the recruit day on 22nd June 2010 at Oscar Saigon Hotel to choose sales and  customer service staffs. Recruit day was held in the morning and afternoon with basic skills on: consulting, persuading customer and handling difficult situations.

Interviews

30/88 candidates who passed the interviews. We continue to choose and re-train them to pick the most suitable candidates.

Customer care is always a necessary requirement in business. Customers nowadays always request, they want to be treated courteously, be respected and want to hear the heartfelt thanks. When customers communicate with you face to face or through telephone, warmly responds are always required.
