A casting event was held on 12th May 2010 by Jolie Siam at Sofitel Plaza Saigon HCMC for the purpose of recruiting excellent receptionist into a core team of our company. This recruitment attracted a large number of dynamic and confident youths. They are expected to be potential human resources to customer’s events.

There were 92 candidates participating in the cast. They are all youthful and enthusiastic. There were some candidates who made us impression with their fluent communication in foreign language. And some brought us their warm smiles and practical situation handling skills . It was so hard to board of examiners to pick excellent candidates met Jolie Siam standards.

Overcoming the interview

We have only one chance in the first encounter, to make the best impression in the eyes of our customers. Smile in a wink is enough to show the friendly and warm welcome of business to their customer. It is common concept and the lodestar in recruitment of two people with different nationality and age but with the same passion. One is Mrs Blandine, the founder of Charlestown Lyon, professional supplying reception service unit in France and founder of Vietnam Association of street children protection called Xuan. Another one is Ms Le Thanh Tu – managing director of Jolie Siam.

Candidates who passed in casting event will be participated in training programs of Jolie Siam. All Jolie Siam staffs are trained methodically. Every detail seems to be very small like: shoes, hair, dress, stance, body and facial gesture… are standardized in training process. This make receptionists perfect theirs working skills and have clearly acknowledge the meaningful existence of their own. Since then they are going to maintain and promote their passion and enthusiasm to serve customer.
