  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

CS Team Coordinator

  • Manage your site quality with logbooks updated and freelancers discipline
  • Oversee and supervise the Reception shifts, ensuring that all Reception team policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensure that the company Brand standards are observed, focused and assessed througout the year
  • Welcome new employee on site if any

Entry Customer Service Staff

  • Welcome guests and connect them with suitable staff
  • Receive and deliver correspondence, newspapers, documents
  • Collecting payments/ deposit from customers and report daily to supervisors
  • Manage the residence facilities, swimming pool, tennis court, etc.
  • Solve customer demand, requests or transfer to the appropriate departments to handle

Recruitment Intern

  • Support recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as: Job description, Job Posting, tests & interviews procedure, contact candidates, build database
  • Source of CVs management: find out the best network for source development
  • Keep good relationship with potential/junior candidates in order to develop a good resume database

C&B Intern

  • Editing, writing & drafting invoice
  • Controlling the time for submitting the taxation report
  • Sending and following up payment record by customer
  • Invoices, checking and recording payment
  • Managing employee payment and legal compliance (incl. tax issues)

Business Development Intern

  • Building up database of prospects
  • Liaising and networking with stakeholders
  • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Implementing business development strategy

Accountant Intern

  • Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
  • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
  • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls
  • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to BOD (Board of Directors)

Design & Marketing Intern

  • Making graphic design
  • Develop creative concepts for design works as requested
  • Design artworks used for marketing communications, including but not limited to: brand identity kit, brochures, leaflets, banners, panels, templates, catalogs, info-graphics, and web-related contents
  • Design simple layout & production of print and digital materials

T&D Intern

  • Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires and other support materials
  • Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants
  • Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, edit contract with suppliers, ensure all necessary equipment and catering (tea break) arrangements as well

Senior HR Cum Admin

  • Control Admin monthly accrual & actual expenses
  • Control office assets & settle monthly payment for suppliers
  • Contact to suppliers & purchase office equipment, stationery, printing materials, name cards
  • Coordinate with vendor selection, PR/PO (internal system), contract review process

Administrator Officer

  • Manage mails and packages deliveries
  • Prepare letters and documents as required
  • Manage office stationery: plan and make orders, manage distribution, make purchasing reports for Head of Division
  • Manage office equipment and facilities: contact and handle maintenance services when needed, ensure the office is always clean and well-functioned

Account Executive

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and employees serving that account
