Get registration for the company trip and be the contact point for queries regarding employees’ registration.
Be the contact point to liaise with Vietravel for employees’ requests in terms of logistics arrangements, if any (flights, hotels, buses, meals, sightseeing tours, etc.)
Arrange the flights/ trains for employees
Arrange the bus seats and form the bus leaders’ team to cascade information to team members throughout the trip
Arrange the hotel rooms
Arrange the meal catering for employees to limit excessive catering
Arrange seating chart for the gala dinner
Other administrative tasks upon required
Job Requirement:
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Fluent Vietnamese communication and interpersonal skills
Basic English reading & writing skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Basic knowledge of office software such as MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
Nice-to-have: experiences with event execution
