Admin (Temporary – 3 months)

Job Description:

  • Get registration for the company trip and be the contact point for queries regarding employees’ registration.
  • Be the contact point to liaise with Vietravel for employees’ requests in terms of logistics arrangements, if any (flights, hotels, buses, meals, sightseeing tours, etc.)
  • Arrange the flights/ trains for employees
  • Arrange the bus seats and form the bus leaders’ team to cascade information to team members throughout the trip
  • Arrange the hotel rooms
  • Arrange the meal catering for employees to limit excessive catering
  • Arrange seating chart for the gala dinner
  • Other administrative tasks upon required

Job Requirement:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Fluent Vietnamese communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English reading & writing skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Basic knowledge of office software such as MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Nice-to-have: experiences with event execution
