Job Description:
A business development associate helps the company to boost growth and sales:
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and competitors activities
- Develop business strategies
- Build client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Answer client & prospects calls and mails
- Write, proofread proposals and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Analyse sales statistics
- Initiate action plan
- Negotiate with clients & prospects
- Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met
- Manage the cost of goods sold
- Organize and attend events for networking
- Build and share the company’s values and culture
- Develop customer mindset
- Work closely with the marketing & customer services team
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices (supported by the Accounting team)
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business management, or any related fields
- About 2 years working experience
- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Research ability, negotiation, time management and planning skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
