Business Development Manager

Job Description:

A business development associate helps the company to boost growth and sales:

– Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and competitors activities

– Develop business strategies

– Build client relationships

– Identify new business opportunities

– Answer client & prospects calls and mails

– Write, proofread proposals and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

– Analyse sales statistics

– Initiate action plan

– Negotiate with clients & prospects

– Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met

– Manage the cost of goods sold

– Organize and attend events for networking

– Build and share the company’s values and culture

– Develop customer mindset

– Work closely with the marketing & customer services team

– Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices (supported by the Accounting team)

Job Requirement:

– Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business management, or any related fields

– Minimum of 4 years working experience

– Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills

– Research ability, negotiation, time management and planning skills

– Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
