Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
You will be working in one of the biggest Japanese commercial corporations in Vietnam. What you will do:
- Receive and check all payment documents daily from other Sections, complying with Vietnam regulations and company’s policy.
- Check and verify the payment request, against Company’s internal documents, Contract, PO, Invoice ….
- Assist, prepare reports, and provide documents for internal, external audit, and tax departments when required.
- Support to review, post and correct daily transactions to ensure all transactions recorded into the Accounting system (ERP/SAP) correctly and in line with internal procedure and current regulations.
- Support other teams to give instructions for accounting treatment if needed.
Job Requirement:
- Graduated from University with a major in Accounting, Auditing
- Work experience in the Accounting field of at least 02 years.
- Have knowledge of PIT, VAT, FCT, CIT (compute, declaration, prepare tax returns, have knowledge of relevant law, and regulations)
- Ability to update about relevant regulations and laws
- Good communication/reporting skills in English, particularly in speaking & writing (Equivalent to TOEIC of 750)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, i.e. Mankichi system, SAP is preferred.
