Receptionist Cum Admin [Ba Dinh – HN]
Job Description:
- Warmly welcome guests/employees, take guests to the correct meeting rooms and serve drinks
- Answer phone calls promptly (within 2 rings), take phone messages and follow the phone call guideline
- Arrange and schedule meeting rooms
- Manage workplace supplies including employee seals, SIM cards, staff phones, taxi cards, and gas.
- Book air tickets and hotel for business trips
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Support other team members occasionally on other tasks such as events organization, paper works, etc.
- Other clerical duties as assigned by Department Head.
Job Requirement:
- Fluent in English (Speaking and listening); highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- 06 months – 1-year experience in the related field is a plus
