Receptionist Cum Admin [Ba Dinh – HN]

Job Description:

  • Warmly welcome guests/employees, take guests to the correct meeting rooms and serve drinks
  • Answer phone calls promptly (within 2 rings), take phone messages and follow the phone call guideline
  • Arrange and schedule meeting rooms
  • Manage workplace supplies including employee seals, SIM cards, staff phones, taxi cards, and gas.
  • Book air tickets and hotel for business trips
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Support other team members occasionally on other tasks such as events organization, paper works, etc.
  • Other clerical duties as assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirement:

  • Fluent in English (Speaking and listening); highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • 06 months – 1-year experience in the related field is a plus
