- Control Admin monthly accrual & actual expenses
- Control office assets & settle monthly payment for suppliers
- Contact to suppliers & purchase office equipment, stationery, printing materials, name cards
- Coordinate with vendor selection, PR/PO (internal system), contract review process
- Support Travel system usage for employees, Taxi & Grab for Business management (cards/account activation, review and manage monthly cost, monthly payment, monthly record & reports)
- Work permit, visa & resident cards for business travel and expats
- Organize activities like monthly tea-breaks, Annual Health check-up, sale campaign kick-off parties, children’s day, women’s day, etc…
- Supporting jobs relating to HR jobs and events in company
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): task scheduling, time management skills, independently work, Knowledge in Human Resourcesesources.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
