Your role is essential in optimal coordination for employee engagement. Join us if you are motivated by a high standard of guiding and driving employee performance.
- Coordination to ensure HR-related activities happen timely:
Workforce planning: consolidate and propose the number of headcounts needed; Organizational Chart, Job Description and Criteria
Key milestones & KPIs setting for the company, the teams and individuals; Performance Evaluation Process
Team workload allocation, Successor Plan and Key man Risks Mitigation Plan
- Reports that provide insights for the intention to build up the team (training needs, departure insights)
- Collecting information for workforce planning; consolidate & propose the number of headcounts
- Generate relevant reports & preparing payment requests (where applicable)
- Other administrative tasks as requested
Yêu cầu:
- 7-10 years experience, prefer HR General Experience at Management Level (focus on Performance Management/ Talent Development/ Reward/Organization Development)
- Fluent in English, native in Vietnamese
- Crystal clear about the result to be delivered and the ability to take new actions for the result to be achieved
- Effective coordination with people to get the results is needed
- Open and coachable and willing to ask questions
