1. Tax Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s adherence to all local and international tax regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws that may impact the business.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including tax returns, to regulatory authorities.
3. Tax Planning:
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and minimize liabilities.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions, ensuring documentation is readily available for audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address tax-related queries and provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate tax-related risks, ensuring the company operates within legal and regulatory boundaries.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in tax accounting.
- Strong understanding of local and international tax laws and regulations.
- Good learning spirit.
- Analytical skills for interpreting complex tax regulations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Salary Range: 15.000.000 – 18.000.000 VND Gross.
- Social Insurance – Medical Insurance – Unemployment Insurance regulated by the Vietnam Labor Law.
