Job Description:
- Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to BOD (Board of Directors)
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
- Manage company tax compliance
- Invoices, check and record payment
Job Requirement:
- Either a last year student or a fresh graduated
- Available to work full-time in 3 months
- Well-versed with the practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Power point.
- Able to communicate in English (emails)
- Careful, eager to learn and have a can-do attitude.
