Job Description:
- Support recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as: Job description, Job Posting, tests & interviews procedure, contact candidates, build database
- Source of CVs management: find out the best network for source development
- Keep good relationship with potential/junior candidates in order to develop a good resume database
- Responsible for building and managing external relationships with talents in the back office area.
- Responsible for developing through internet searches, networking, and cold calling the generated talent to develop strong qualified candidate pool.
- Leverage existing partnership with key universities, students organizations, professional associations, job fair
Job Requirement:
- College/University
- Can work full time
- Being passionate in recruitment
- Good at communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
- Have ability of working independently and in team
- Ability in dealing multiple tasks
