Source of CVs management: find out the best network for source development
Keep good relationship with potential/junior candidates in order to develop a good resume database
Responsible for building and managing external relationships with talents in the back office area.
Responsible for developing through internet searches, networking, and cold calling the generated talent to develop strong qualified candidate pool.
Leverage existing partnership with key universities, students organizations, professional associations, job fair

Can work full time
Being passionate in recruitment
Good at communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
Have ability of working independently and in team
Ability in dealing multiple tasks
