Job Description:
- Welcoming guests coming to the office
- Receiving & transferring phone calls/parcels to the right people in charge with careful record
- Maintaining safe and cleaning reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Supporting administrative tasks relating to office stationary when assigned by line manager
Job Requirement:
- Female, good-looking appearance is a plus
- Able to communicate in English (especially listening and speaking skill)
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
- Willing to learn & commute to workplaces around Ho Chi Minh City
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Friendly, supportive and highly responsible
