Job Description:
- Welcome guests and visitors, serve them well with drinks & in a professional manner
- Answer and transfer telephone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Follow up with meeting room arrangement, and make sure the meeting room equipment is ready
- Keep the reception area clean & tidy
- Serve tea breaks and drinks; book flights, accommodation, cars, restaurants, etc…
- Make sure that all stationaries are available
- Support other administrative tasks when assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, especially speaking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to manage a good first impression (i.e. having positive energy, cheerful smile, and warm characteristics,…)
- Good at maintaining positive and productive working relationships with the team and the customer
- Mature in mindset and professional in communication skills
- Solving problems and organization skills.
