Bank Receptionist

Job Description:

• Welcome guests and visitors, serve them well with drinks & in a professional manner
• Answer and transfer telephone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
• Follow up with meeting room arrangement, and make sure the meeting room equipment is ready
• Keep the reception area clean & tidy
• Serve tea breaks and drinks; book flights, accommodation, cars, restaurants, etc…
• Make sure that all stationaries are available
• Support other administrative tasks when assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, especially speaking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to manage a good first impression (i.e. having positive energy, cheerful smile, and warm characteristics,…)
• Good at maintaining positive and productive working relationships with the team and the customer
• Mature in mindset and professional in communication skills
• Solving problems and organization skills.
