Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
- Editing, writing & drafting invoice
- Controlling the time for submitting the taxation report
- Sending and following up payment record by customer
- Invoices, checking and recording payment
- Managing employee payment and legal compliance (incl. tax issues)
- Compensation and benefit scheme (including insurance schemes by law, PIT)
- Editing labor contracts
- Maintaining regular contact with relevant local authorities
- Ensuring a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulation (work permit, Visa…)
- Managing employee contract before working
- Sending monthly payroll and bonus computation for all employees
- Collecting information then input on insurance software, making insurance paperwork/ documents (maternity, end close, change the hospitals)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirement:
- College/University
- Can work full time
- Being passionate in recruitment
- Good at communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
- Have ability of working independently and in team
- Ability in dealing multiple tasks
