CS Team Coordinator (Shopping Mall)
Job Description:
- Manage your site quality with logbooks updated and freelancers discipline
- Oversee and supervise the Reception shifts, ensuring that all Reception team policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure that the company Brand standards are observed, focused and assessed througout the year
- Welcome new employee on site if any
- Manage uniforms for the team and the freelancers
- Train the freelancers on site
- Manage the team attendency
- Assist the Training Department in scheduling, mailing and communicating of training programs
- Report to Jolie Siam
Job Requirement:
- Should be working on District 2 currently
- 6 months or above experiences working with Jolie Siam
- Good at maintaining positive and productive working relationships with the team and the customer
- Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
- Have ability of working independently and in team
- Ability in dealing multiple tasks
