Location: District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Description:
- Support customers of a Digital Experience Store (Vinhome Grand Park, District 9, Thủ Đức City, Hồ Chí Minh City).
- Work by 02 shifts (1 shift/day, 6 days/week):
– Morning: 9:30 – 18:30, 01 hour for lunch break
– Afternoon: 11:30 – 20:30, 01 hour for dinner break
- Working directly with customer, providing support over the phone, email and chat box, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Providing efficient responses to customer requests and inquiries.
- Proactively keeping customers updated on their order progress.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Business Team and Store Manager.
- Report to the Store Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree’s is a plus.
- Having customer service experience is a plus.
- Confidently communicate with clients.
- Proactive in following up on customer requests.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
