- Increase turnover with existing customers
- Manage contract renewal
- Control quality and accuracy of all services to be conform to the customers requirements
- Manage corrective (contingency plan) and preventive actions (customer journey map)
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
- Follow up to ensure resolution.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet renewal rate.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Can work full time
- Good at communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
- Have ability of working independently and in team
- Studying in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
