Location: Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi
Job Description:
- Daily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.
+ Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
+ Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1 hour evening break)
- Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.
- Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.
- Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.
- Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.
- Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work on shifts.
- Can communicate fluently in English; highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
- Good-looking appearance, from 20 to 25 years old.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive at work.
