Job Description:
- Workplace: 215, 25M New Tan Trieu Street, Thanh Tri Ward, Ha Noi
1. Receiving and checking goods for all shipment
- Receiving arrival shipment information about goods to be arrived (from Spare Part Planner)
- Receiving shipments and moving spare parts to a warehouse in 2nd basement
- Checking parts code and counting the quantity according to the attached packing list & invoice
- Arranging materials on the shelves
- Informing to Spare Part Planner about the result of checking and counting for the GR step
2. Issuing materials
- Receiving requests for issuing materials from Supervisors (KM code, Qty, Project’s Name, SO number)
- GI action in SAP
- Preparing parts as requested and arranging delivery from one location to another
- Making stock out the form and providing hard-file one as requested by Sups
- Checking availability for needed
Job Requirements:
- College or University
- Customer service mindset
- Basic English is enough
- Good MS Office
- Capable of handling medium-weight spare parts (receiving, arranging, taking, delivering)
- Know how to use SAP, KPM2
